Your New Job:


  • Reporting to Accounts Team Leader
  • Enjoy the benefit of working with a closeknit team that genuinely believes in helping each other to get the job done
  • Interesting role that consists of
    75% Accounts Receivable duties:

  • Accounts Receivable duties consist of: Managing receivables inbox; entering remittances received; responding to customer queries; debt collection; monthly follow up of business accounts
  • Other adhoc administration duties as required; actioning requests from operations team in regards to invoice credit requests; setting up business accounts; general queries

50% WFH arrangement after initial 1-month onboarding period in the office:

  • Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable / Accounts Assistant role
  • Strong Microsoft office skills with an eye for detail
  • Prior experience using accounts software programs
  • A positive, proactive attitude & willing to contribute to an already established
    great workplace culture:
  • High organisation skills a must
  • can be confident when liaising with suppliers, customer & team members
