Key Responsibilities of this Position:

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all facets of the Outlet Boutique.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Team Leadership:

Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a consultative & high-level experience for every visitor.

Inventory Management:
Efficiently manage inventory levels, including store standards & organisation.

Sales and Customer Engagement:
Drive sales through building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing expert product knowledge and a personal approach.

Store Operations:
Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Proven experience in a leadership role within the retail industry, preferably in a luxury or jewellery environment.
A deep understanding of premium customer service and a commitment to delivering an elevated approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and lead a team effectively.
Exceptional organisational skills.
The ability to train and motivate a team whilst fostering a positive in store culture.
