ABOUT THIS POSITION
Our Sydney team is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced all-rounder with exposure to or interest in the Construction industry.

  • Reception duties as required answer calls, take messages, accept packages and mail, and greet guests
  • Maintain office supplies stationary, technology equipment, access passes, uniforms, snacks
  • Ensure meeting rooms / office are set up and clean
  • General office administration
  • Liaise with subcontractors to make sure they receive correct documentation
  • Working alongside our NSW General Manager, organising meetings and taking minutes when required
  • Assisting bid team with tender requirements_
    (inDesign experience preferable)_

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong MS Office and general IT skills, particularly Excel
  • 1+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in reception / administrative procedures
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work autonomously in a close team environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
  • Professional presentation and welcoming, friendly attitude
  • Motivated selfstarter with a good work ethic

Salary:
$70, $90,000.00 per year
