Gumnut House OSHC is operated by the Greenbank State School P&C Association. The service is currently licensed for 210 children, offering Before and After School Care and Vacation Care.
We are looking for fully qualified and exceptional OSHC Educators to join our dynamic team at our busy Outside School Hours Care Facility based at Greenbank State School.
About you:
Qualified with a minimum of Cert 3 in Childcare and at least 1 years proven work in a similar position or studying Cert 3 within the industry.
You must enjoy working with Prep to Year 6 children and have experience in programming, learning stories, hygiene, cleaning, setting up and packing away materials and a working knowledge of the NQF, reporting and all other necessary Outside School Hours Care legislative requirements.
You will need to have availability Monday to Friday for Before and After School Care and Vacation Care periods and be able to work split shifts.
A current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis and Working with Children Blue Card is a must.
Hours/Conditions/Award:
This is a casual position over 5 days.
Remuneration as per current P&C award rates.
Immediate start preferred.
