Based in either Melbourne or Sydney CBD, this global technology firm is seeking an experience Application Support Team Lead to join their business in a newly created role.


About the role
This role would suit an experienced Application Support Lead that has a passion for technology and leadership.

  • Day to day duties include;_
  • Managing the Applications Support team, managing their workloads and assessing priorities of client requirements
  • Manage upgrades, deployments and bug fixes, ensuring that all involved parties are updated on progress
  • Change management
  • Incident management, solutions and reviews
  • Training of team and stakeholders where necessary

About you

  • To be successful in this role, you will have:_
  • 2+ years experience in a leadership position
  • Exposure to a wide range of technologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Be proactive and innovative
  • Strong organisation skills
