Hello Sarnie is hiring a Store Leader and we would love to have you apart of our friendly team.

  • The Store Leader is responsible for leading all team members in the efficient and profitable operation of the Hello Sarnie Store.
  • The Store Leader is responsible for managing the day to day store operations, maintaining high store standards and conditions, and fostering a positive environment, which provides consistent fast, efficient, and friendly service ensuring a total quality experience for both our customers and team members.
  • The Store Leader creates the tone and personality of the store by being an advocate of training, customer service, product knowledge and education, encouraging safe work practices and demonstrated commitment to our Mission Statement and Core Values.

Minimum requirements for the role are as follows:

  • Minimum 2 years experience within the hospitality industry. Previous responsibility in the hospitality industry will be looked upon favourably.
  • Customer service focused.
  • Minimum 1 years experience as a Barista. Must be confident on the machine to be able to train staff. The ability to program and adjust the grind, and basic latte skills are a must.
Shifts range between 6.00am

  • 4.30pm, Monday Friday only, and no public holidays.
