Our client is leading global client, delivering multinational oilfield services from engineering and design, procurement, construction, installation and operation of sustainable infrastructure and plants.

About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking and Visa Travel Officer to join our client based in West Perth. Full time position, Monday to Friday with 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities will Include:

Booking flights and accommodations for employees arriving and departing Australia
Assisting with employees transfers between Perth airport to hotel
Liaising with different departments regarding employee's arrival dates.
Liaising with manning agent, ensuring correct flight bookings and helicopter allocations.
Receiving and reviewing rosters for all site crew
Assist with Visa processing, ensuring the fulfilment of all management and administration obligations preparatory to the in patriation of personnel, including the fulfilment of immigration obligations
Ensure the fulfilment and approval of travel in the system
Issuance of purchase orders for the crewing department '" training, transfers, medical tests and related expenses
Engagement with internal support functions accordingly to the requirements of the project and our contractor queries/issues
Assisting with mobilization/demobilization of crew
Processing and cross-checking timesheets
Assist with coordination between client and Contractors '" recruitment, approvals from internal stakeholders, internal/external audit assistance, making sure contractors are following Saipem and client process
Ensuring all white collar/blue collar employee compliances are up to date
Providing general HR support to project

Skills and Experience
Previous experience working in travel administration, mobilizations or similar
Strong understanding on international visa requirements and expat requirements
Attention to detail
Strong computer literacy
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
WA C Class Drivers Licence
