This is a fantastic career move for an experienced Sales Manager to be the face of our business covering the Melbourne region.

Reporting to the Melbourne branch manager and based in our Port Melbourne office, you will work with a team of Business Development Managers and be responsible for all aspects of running a successful sales team - from winning new business to ensuring our team delivers a great experience for our customers.

KEY DELIVERABLES

Develop and execute an annual sales strategy with the Branch Manager
Conduct regular coaching & development sessions with the sales team
Manage the CRM process for and with your team.
Research clients and markets to identify new leads and potential new markets.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCES & PREFERENCES
You will have sales management and predominantly new business, solution selling experience, rather than account management experience, plus:

Ideally some experience in the painting, facilities maintenance, building or construction industry
Financial acumen, including quoting, tendering
Experience in using a CRM to enter/access sales data and analysing sales reports
