The Role:


The role coordinates and undertakes a range of testing processes and activities to evaluate software including ensuring the system meets technical and user requirements and detecting and troubleshooting faults to maintain and improve a high level quality system.


About You:

To be successful in this position, you must be able to demonstrate experience across the following key capabilities:

  • Experience coordinating and undertaking a range of testing processes and activities including contributing to the design and creation of test cases, executing all levels of testing, identifying defects, and documenting results.
  • Experience working with a range of tools, programs and services, such as JIRA and Xray, in a hybrid onpremise and cloud environment.
  • Knowledge of System Development and support Methodologies related to the SDLC, Agile Development and ITIL.
  • Demonstrated capacity to diagnose analyse and effectively resolve problems, including utilising appropriate methodologies, standards and documentation to support the development of changes to system environments.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, engage clients and business stakeholders for Business approvals, and prepare a range of well written and clear documents and reports to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • An ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team, under limited direction, determine priorities, plan and organise work, utilise initiative and judgement where precedents or procedures are not clearly defined, and operate effectively in an environment of complexity and change.

  • Successful applicants may be required to obtain a satisfactory Department of Human Services Criminal History Check or National Police Check prior to employment. A renewal will be required every 3 years.

Remuneration:

ASO4 - $75,430 min - $79,070 max
