Assistant

Strata Manager to work from our

QBS Upper Coomera office. This role is integral to our core business of delivering professional strata management services to our clients. Supported by a customer care team and centres of expertise, we work as one team to deliver value to our customers. We convert challenges into opportunities and pride ourselves on having fun while working hard to be the best in the industry. What you'll be doing:


  • Assisting with both the new development team as well as completing assistant strata management tasks.
  • Build or build on your strata knowledge and support assigned Strata Managers in the service delivery of PICA's Owners Corporation Management Agreements with repairs & maintenance, levies, meetings, compliance, and insurance.
  • Maintain documents and records related to the community within a document management system.
  • Prepare and update meeting records and documents such as minutes and meeting agendas using a digital document transaction system. May attend AGM or committee meeting with Strata Manager.
  • Assist with setting up utilities accounts, maintaining both hard copy and electronic books and records

About you:
  • You have some experience in an admin role
  • You know how to use Microsoft but also have experience using a CRM/Document management system
  • Experience in property management, strata/body corporate or real estate not a requirement but beneficial
  • You see challenges as opportunities and know how to problem solve
  • You have great relationship building skills
