About The Role

A new and exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our friendly and supportive Queensland Sales Team operating from our Brisbane office located in North Lakes.


Reporting to the State Manager, this position will look after the Southeast Queensland region and requires a high degree of client focus and the ability to develop meaningful and long-term relationships with current and new customers to be able to manage the business and customer activities in a defined region to exceed the sales targets and growth objectives for the State in both revenue and product targets.


What You'll Do:


  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve longterm success.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients.
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs.
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Planning and managing MHIAA Product sales to an agreed market strategy, including developing and delivering customer sales budgets.
  • Handling queries from dealers, customers and service partners and providing technical support and developing a robust sales pipeline.
  • Complete regular call cycle to agreed business strategy.
  • Regular reporting to management on call cycle and market activities.
  • Attending customer and trade functions as required.
  • Complying with WH&S regulations and providing technical training as required.

What You'll Bring:


  • Full Australian working rights is essential.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
  • HVAC Sales experience
