This global business specialises in manufacturing and distributing products, specifically designed to help improve the health and wellbeing of individuals.

Located in Belrose this business has doubled their sales and customer service team and continue to grow to manage the increasing demand.

This Customer Service Specialist position will be an initial temporary role until December 2023 with the potential to extend depending on performance and business requirements.

Day to day your responsibilities would be:

Answering inbound and outbound calls to clients, customers, and key stakeholders.
Processing orders and managing loan kit bookings
Entering bookings and keeping accurate records on SAP
Sourcing and dispatching consignment equipment to customers
Tracking and managing inventory levels escalating out of stock risks as required
Supporting and promoting continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure paperwork and information regarding customer orders is accurate and up to date.
Report any discrepancies in orders to customer service and warehouse team.
Daily maintenance of the internal computer system and data base (SAP).

Skills & Experience:

Very strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to overcome objections and queries
Strong time management skills.
SAP or Oracle experience would be beneficial but not essential.
Most importantly a 'can do' and positive attitude
