This is a great opportunity to work with this large National reputable organisation located in Melbourne CBD with hybrid flexibility.
The role:
- Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls (not sales), obtain necessary information, and utilise generalist knowledge to take appropriate action
- Undertake administrative to support the provision of highquality service delivery
- Maintain customer satisfaction
- Handle customer data and information with confidentiality
- Maintain accurate records and databases in their inhouse systems
Skills/Experience
The call centre/customer service representatives are often the first point of contact for the Department.
It is essential that you enjoy providing a high level of customer service treating customers with honesty, fairness, sensitivity and dignity.
- 23 years experience in a call centre or customer service role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience within a large organisation would be preferred but not essential
- High level of professionalism
- Strong problem solving abilities, especially in a fastpaced environment
- Being very resilient and adaptable, show initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
Tech savvy is essential
