We are looking for a
New Business Sales Consultant to work at one of our entities in Australia, current office locations are in Melbourne and Sydney.


A New Business Sales Consultant is a professional who searches and evaluates potential sales opportunities that focus on selling our services to other businesses.

You will be responsible for Profitable Sales growth of the company selling to agencies and corporations to ensure all parties are fully versed on our solutions, technology, and processes.

Reporting to the Sales Manager you will spend your time generating new business leads, qualifying prospects, presenting our services and onboarding new clients.

To be considered for this role you will have a sales background, ability to hunt out new business, have an ability to 'close' and be highly customer focused and have a 'can do' attitude.


Responsibilities

  • New client growth from sales of Contractor Management, Back Office Solutions and 482 Visas services and solutions.
  • Creating leads & prospects list based on target market
  • Outbound calls to prospects to arrange F2F meetings or video call presentations
  • Lead conversion
  • Onboarding of profitable New Clients in line with our Marketing Strategy to complement existing client database
  • 80% focus on New Business, 20% nurturing existing business needs
  • Accurate onboarding of new clients quoting prices, credit terms and issuing contract agreements
  • Client Account Management establishing further service opportunities
  • Sales presentations to new and existing clients
  • Liaising with all members of the team (Client Services, Sales and Payroll)
  • Database Management / Administration
  • Salesforce
  • To help make our customers working lives simpler
  • Reporting to sales manager on clients satisfaction, escalating any issues arising, reporting of competitor activity
  • Weekly sales updates to direct report
  • Attending industry and networking function

You will have:


  • At least five years' experience
  • Knowledge of the Contractor Management and Migration industry is preferred
  • Top notch communication skills
  • Passion for hunting and farming New Business
  • Ability to social sell
  • Understanding buying personas
  • Networking skills Customer Service and Sales Experience
  • Ability to work autonomously yet part of a team
  • A great and enthusiastic and cando attitude
  • The ability to prioritise your workload and multitask
  • Excellent time management skills and be highly organised
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal skills The ability to exercise judgement and initiative / solve problems

Benefits:

  • Salary offer: AUD 70, ,000 incl. Super (depending on experience).

Salary:
$70, $80,000.00 per year
