Grade 11/1- Temporary Opportunity until June 2024 (with the possibility of extension)
Let's talk about the Opportunity
The Design and Delivery team is a cross-functional team responsible for prioritising, governing, and delivering Governance, Risk and Assurance's (GRA) strategic initiatives and business challenges.
Every day will be different and may include creating opportunity canvases, facilitating discovery sessions, analysing data, synthesising insights, process mapping, root cause analysis, project planning, ideating, or shaping recommendations.
You are motivated to challenge the status quo, create clarity from ambiguity, build strong stakeholder relationships, balance practical and ambitious delivery plans, and in return you will see tangible impact from your contribution.

What might your day look like?

- Define the team operating model and ways of working to tackle GRA's priority initiatives
- Maintain a strong understanding of DCS strategic priorities, customer commitments and challenges translating these into measurable solutions
- Proactively drive awareness, engagement, and shared accountability across GRA for the team's objectives and service offering
- Advocate a culture of innovation and best practise through sound delivery and business metrics
- Coach and develop a collaborative, high performing team
