About the Role

As the Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating and coordinating warehouse activities to optimize facility utilization and streamline the storage and distribution of materials and finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Coordinate and oversee warehouse operations to deliver worldclass performance in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity.
Continuously improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
Ensure accurate and timely deliveries of purchased goods to support our valued customers.
Support the Field Service team by maintaining an adequate supply of spare parts and demo products
Coordinate accurate and punctual deliveries to and from customer sites in collaboration with the Sales team.
Manage inventory levels effectively and control warehouse and freightrelated expenses to align with business objectives.

About the Person

Tertiary qualification in Logistics or Warehousing
23 years experience in a similar role
Forklift licence is required
Experience with receiving, dispatching, stock control, and importing/exporting international freight
Knowledge of ERP systems and stock movement
Ability to problemsolve complex situations
