    The mission

    We're building a single global platform to connect, create, manage, and report on your influencer campaigns for Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. This will enable brands and content creators to grow their businesses through the power of influencer marketing.

    What you're responsible for...

    Reporting to the APAC Sales Director, this high-energy role is critically important for the future success of the company.

    You are a master of initiating new relationships with key decision-makers in targeted accounts. You are adept at uncovering opportunities for Vamp to solve customers' needs and are highly competent at managing end-to-end deal workflows with enterprise-level organisations. You are skilled in presenting business value, can expertly articulate our unique selling proposition and pull together internal teams to deliver results. You are ultimately responsible for kick-starting new business which will yield long-term value for both the customer and Vamp.

    While no two days are the same, your key responsibilities will be;

    • Initiating new, scalable relationships with top-tier brands by deeply understanding their influencer marketing needs, uncovering pain points and educating them on how to drive business improvement
    • Delivering against your assigned sales targets by owning the sales cycle, from lead identification and qualification through to deal closure
    • Selling based on the value that Vamp can deliver, and partnering with senior business leaders across the customer organisation to ensure this is understood (e.g. marketing, commercial, finance)
    • Lead and support on high value RFI and RFP opportunities, developing a framework that delivers best-in-class pitch response
    • Building strong relationships with representatives at Vamp's partners including Meta and TikTok
    • Support the team by adopting a mentor approach with team members to share expertise, knowledge and reinforce positive behaviors.
    • Owning pipeline, CRM and forecasting processes, delivering high standards of accuracy
    • Be a champion for Vamp internally and externally - building credibility and trust, and reinforcing our thought leadership position around influencer marketing.
    • Analyze data, trends, and customer performance; to develop solid strategic business plans and conduct strategic and consultative business presentations
    • Continually optimise the Vamp sell – evaluating pitch materials/internal selling tools and giving constructive feedback to sales & marketing leadership

    What you'll bring to the table...

    Experienced team player and proven strategic sales professional who is customer-centric to the core. Excited about the opportunity to work with creative, passionate colleagues to build an effective, profitable, growing company.

    • 5+ years of sales experience selling B2B solutions (ideally in Advertising, Social or MarTech) into enterprise organisations, working consultatively with senior decision-makers
    • A deep understanding and demonstrable track record of partnering with B2B customers around their business needs and working backwards from these to deliver the right solution.
    • A consistent record of exceeding sales quotas in a high-growth environment
    • A high level of comfort with negotiating and closing new client sales, including working through commercial terms and pricing models
    • A 'roll up your sleeves' mentality - as we're a growing business you'll need to feel comfortable working with lean resources, and being inventive to deliver results
    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
    • Experience working with media/marketing agencies, and within the social media space is nice to have
