Duties:
***Working alongside the Directors and taking a leading role in the management of this office of 12 staff, your duties will span Marketing, Admin and Management including the following:Management
- Ensuring office compliance and carrying out adhoc checks
- HR matters such as keeping track of leave, calculating commissions payable
- Produce reports for management and oversee teams and targets
- Running the monthly office meetings and assessing the monthly activity
- Coordination of marketing for all properties (sales & property management)
- Manage signboards, brochures, professional photography, and floor plans for all listings
- Managing social media and web pages for the office and the sales agents
- Preparing prelisting kits, sales advices
- Following relevant procedures for exchanges and settlements.
- Assisting the Sales Agents with administration work
Specific requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customercentric approach
- Strong administration and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Selfmotivated and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Be Techsavvy with proficiency in real estate software and tools
