The Opportunity

Based in Hazelmere, our small and dynamic team is currently seeking an experienced and 'hands on' individual to provide customer service, scheduling and administration support for pest management bookings.


Working directly with residential and commercial clients, you'll manage pest management bookings and showcase your problem-solving skills while delivering enthusiastic customer service.

You will also have the opportunity to expand or utilise your skills in accounts receivable

Experience in the pest management industry, or in a scheduling and customer service focused role is highly advantageous.

Other aspects of your role will also include:

  • General administration support including typing, scanning, printing and archiving
  • Receiving and managing booking requests including creating quotations and scheduling work orders
  • Processing purchase orders and invoices
  • Reviewing daily work sheets and adjusting information for invoicing
  • Producing monthly reports for management
  • Providing relief cover to other scheduling as required

hat we will love about you

  • Experience in a scheduling and customer service role
  • Exceptional influencing, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management, problem solving and organisational skills
  • Intermediate computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Simpro software (highly advantageous)
  • Experience in accounts receivable (highly advantageous
