We are working with a well-established Brisbane law firm whose highly-regarded construction practice handles a mix of front and back end matters.

This role is broad in remit and will see you involved in drafting and negotiating construction-related agreements, advising on risk management strategies, handling dispute resolution, ensuring regulatory compliance, and offering project advice to clients at different stages of construction projects.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years PAE construction experience (either front end or back end), gained from a reputable firm or inhouse environment;
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills for various constructionrelated agreements;
  • Ability to handle dispute resolution, including mediation and litigation when necessary;
  • Familiarity with construction regulations, industry standards, and risk management strategies; and
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
