Our client is a leading producer of construction materials and services for the Australian and international market.

Right now, they currently have a large amount of work in the pipeline and are looking for 2 x
MECHANICAL FITTERS to assist at their Cement Plant, located in Pinkenba.


The Job:

Work within a busy Cement Plant assisting with the mechanical operations of machinery for production.


Benefits:

- $48.36 p/h -
ordinary time (Casual)
- $67.71 p/h -
time & half (Casual)
- $87.05 p/h -
double time (Casual)

  • Plus travel, penalties & Superannuation
  • Rotating roster

1st Week: Monday to Friday
  • Day shift

2nd Week:
Monday to Friday - Night shift

  • Ongoing project work with views to permanency

Duties:


  • Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and service facilities, machinery, and equipment.

Requirements:


  • Confined space ticket
  • Working at heights ticket
  • EWP (desirable)
  • Forklift (desirable)
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics advantages.
