We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Relationship Officer within our Interleasing business.

As a Relationship Officer your primary aim will be to support the activities of the Customer Relationship team in building long and effective working relationships with customer representatives in order to maintain existing customer relationships and grow the business from existing clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally on a daily basis to requests from Customers and Relationship Managers on all administrative tasks relevant to effective fleet management and growth in the business
  • Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure all parties are clear on expectations, that customer satisfaction is achieved and all parties are kept suitably informed on progress.
  • Proactive management of the lease expiry and replacement process, ensuring that contracts are linked in all circumstances
  • Elicit, monitor and engage with customers for intelligence to understand their fleet requirements, anticipate their needs and assist the Sales team to gain an advantage in growing business.
To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Solid experience working in a professional services administration environment with a high level of focus on customer service/sales activities
  • Commitment and proven ability to provide a high level of customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, database management and other MS Office products
