Our client is the market leader in their field here in WA, delivering tailored Facilities Management and Parking solutions to meet client needs.
About the role:
This is a newly created site-based role that will assist the Facility Manager with overseeing the operations of the site, as well as providing guidance and management to 5-10 direct reports.
Additional duties and responsibilities will include:
- Contribution to the operations team driving collaboration whilst promoting Customer Service and Community Relations.
- Manage staff rosters.
- Coordinate meetings and group performance strategies.
- Consultation and liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the health and safety of staff and customers, e.g. reporting hazards and incidents.
- Assist with shift related duties.
- Administration and data entry.
