Technical Lead - Full Stack

How will I help?
The Lead Engineer will be part of the Consumer Finance team.

Consumer Finance technology team works with the business team in transforming the business vision into reality by planning and delivering the projects along with our strategic partners.

Work in a fast-paced and agile environment, contributing to major transformation programs and supporting the Consumer Finance technology core systems.

As a hands-on Lead Engineer, you'll use your skills in building, designing, maintaining, and testing, for the development of our technology used by the Consumer Finance technology team.

You will also engage with various stakeholders and become an expert in your domain whilst supporting the broader engineering community.

Responsibilities will include:

Design, Implement, and maintain micro service (API) using Spring-Boot.
Write clean, modular, maintainable code using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
Implement responsive designs with reusable and scalable UI components.
Problemsolving and debugging skills.
Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices of UI development
Collaborate with service owners to understand the requirements and translate them into technical user stories.

What do I need?

Excellent analysis and design skills with technical problemsolving
HTML5, CSS3 & Java Script.
CI/CD tools i.e. Bit, bitbucket, Jenkins or bamboo.
React JS, Redux, Node JS.
Restful API design principles and standards
API security and authentication mechanisms(OAuth, JWT)
Spring Boot and Restful API
Open minded to industry backgrounds as long as you have the above technical skills at a senior level (financial services is preferred).
