About your role

A newly created role, our Remediation Portfolio Lead forms part of Cbus' Remediation Program team - dedicated to driving a superior end to end customer experience, through the delivery of Cbus' Remediation framework and processes.

This role will see you take the lead as a project manager for remediation activity and run multiple activities simultaneously.


This role is responsible for the scope, design, and delivery of change, throughout the entire journey of remediation projects to balance regulatory expectations, commercial impacts, risk appetite and member outcomes.

In this role you'll also design and implement program governance, overseeing the relevant specialist leadership teams.

You'll also develop sustainable remediation frameworks for our fund, document and design policy and process documentation - in addition to the design and delivery of program level reporting.


Your success in this role will come from your previous experience in operational risk or remediation; ideally within financial services; with a strong operational focus.

You have demonstrated project management experience and strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret data, from a wide range of sources, in an agile environment.

You have excellent communication skills across all mediums including presentations to diverse stakeholder groups, with a proven track record in negotiation and influencing aptitudes.
