icare is recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional organisational and administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

This role is central in facilitating the efficient flow of information to and from the CFO by exercising discretion, initiative, and confidentiality in responding to and referring matters to and on behalf of the CFO.

This role operates as a member of the Finance Leadership team and requires you to act as a leader and role model across the broader icare and Finance Executive Assistant network.

Duties
It's an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as an
Executive Assistant you will:

  • Provide executive level and administrative support to the CFO and play a proactive coordination role across the Finance Leadership Team and across icare functions.
  • Facilitate and screen the efficient flow of information to and from the CFO by exercising discretion, initiative and confidentiality in responding to and referring matters to and on behalf of the CFO.
  • Contribute to the optimum use of available time by coordinating, planning, organising, and prioritising work commitments for the CFO.
  • Develop appropriate systems, procedures and controls to assist the CFO to monitor and manage the leadership team's activities, including managing and maintaining records.
  • Manage communications for the CFO including the distribution of documents and requests for information.
  • Manage the meeting minutes, agendas, source and collate papers for the meetings chaired by the CFO and for the Leadership Team.

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in providing executive assistance to a Senior Executive in a corporate or government environment
  • Successful completion of relevant tertiary qualifications in administration or equivalent skills acquired through practical experience highly regarded
  • Advanced organisational and time management skills, with exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management internal and external
  • Take initiative, forward plan and be adaptive
  • A passion for people and building strong networks
  • Resilient, professional and curious personality
