Position in a highperforming internal marketing team for Icon Group's various healthcare divisions and brands across Australia, NZ, UK & Asia.

Permanent fulltime position, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 22 Cordelia Street, South Brisbane, QLD.

Our ideal Marketing Officer has a foundational understanding of marketing principles plus a strong desire to contribute to the team's success.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, has a strong work ethic, can build positive relationships, and has a keenness to build their career in a rapidly growing, people and patient-centred organisation.

If you have recent marketing experience in a professional services, banking or healthcare company (e.g., private hospital) that is a bonus.

About the role

In this permanent full-time role, you will contribute to marketing our growing organisation that is dedicated to providing quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

Develop local area marketing campaign material and corporate collateral that is consistent with divisional goals and Icon Group strategy.
Demonstrate strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills across a diverse channel mix including digital content, and for stakeholders from various demographics, cultures, and levels of education.
Develop digital campaigns including writing web articles, blogs and social media posts.
Support the team leads with reporting and analysing data, briefing design work and campaign assets, and other operational marketing tasks.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a way that develops meaningful working relationships so tasks are achieved efficiently and to a high standard.

Qualifications & Experience

Tertiary qualification in marketing or related field (Experience within healthcare background or professional services highly regarded)
13 plus years marketing and communications experience
Demonstrated creativity in marketing and communications
