The Gig:

As the

IT Performance Manager, you will be responsible for

measuring, reporting, and analysing the performance and control level of our IT services, in line with the

agreed service levels and within the internal and external boundaries.
You will

advise on structural improvements to enhance maturity and performance and support IT managers and employees with the implementation of the improvements advised.

Day-to-day focuses include ITIL-based service management processes such as incident, problem, and change management.

About You:

You have proven

experience in IT performance management and knowledge of business processes and the IT Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You have knowledge of external regulations and internal policies related to IT controls and conformance to IT processes.

You are an excellent communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
