Great opportunity for seasoned and experienced EA to join this amazing well regarded charity making a difference to young peoples lives in respect of leadership and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing confidential secretarial and administrative support, including preparation of papers, correspondence, strategic documentation, and other documents
- Planning and coordination for key meetings including scheduling, agenda preparation and distribution, minute taking, room set up, meeting and greeting visitors as required.
- Drafting correspondence and letters on behalf of the CEO & Executive
- Coordinate and contribute to CEO led engagements, events and projects
- Build solid stakeholder relationships at Executive Level
- Manage multiple priorities and conflicting timelines
Key Criteria:
- Proven track record in an EA role supporting busy CEOs and executives
- Outstanding time management and excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced computer skills, high level of confidence with the Microsoft Office suite of products and an ability to learn new systems
- Proactive, dynamic, able to act autonomously with highly effective decision making
- NFP industry experience highly regarded
