Responsibilities-

  • Review Business Requirements Documents and Design Specifications to identify gaps and provide feedback;
  • Produce testing documentation through various phases of the software development life cycle;
  • Create Test Plans and Test Cases/Scripts;
  • Perform functional, integration and regression;
  • Develop test strategies and plans and perform software testing including functional, integration and regression testing;
  • Create and maintain product documentation and manuals;
  • Advise on progress and proactively escalate any issues and risks;
  • Provide estimates for testing effort required;
  • Identify and implement improvements to testing methodology and processes;

Requirements:


  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines, balancing competing priorities and responding to client needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to commit to the corporate character and values of the company
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with an ability to build effective relationships with coworkers and clients;
  • Successfully work under pressure in a complex and competitive business environment;
  • Quickly adapt to the changing needs of our clients, and work with other teams to ensure those needs are met;
  • Proven ability to translated technical requirements into End-User supporting documentation based on client requirements;
  • Preparation and publication of quality user manuals;
