About the role:

We are seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As the initial point of contact for all employee-related queries, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and you will also champion all People, Performance & Culture (PP&C) systems and processes, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.


In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting a broad range of activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including the generation of contracts and other employee related documents, support the team with onboarding offboarding processes, management of our fleet vehicles and providing exceptional support to our valued employees.


Some key responsibilities for this role:
Management of the P&C inbox including triaging and

  • Generation / drafting of employment documentation including employment contracts and contract variation side letters.
  • Tracking of various employee related key dates and records such as probation periods, secondments, parental leave, leave without pay, higher duties etc., to ensure action is taken as required, in a timely manner.
  • In collaboration with the Talent, Culture & Development team, oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for all employees and provide People Leaders with required support during the process.
  • On a monthly basis update the organisational chart and prepare employee movements update for publication on the intranet.
  • Support the ongoing management and maintenance of our fleet vehicle arrangements and novated leases.
  • Provision of sound advice and interpretation of the Hostplus Enterprise Agreement and company policies and procedures, as required.
  • Support employee benefits administration including but not limited to Service Anniversary Awards, Salary Continuance and Myki etc.

About you:


  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role in a People & Culture team is essential
  • Successful completion of year 12 (mandatory)
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar qualification (highly desirable)
  • Strong HR Systems and HRIS experience essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical and problemsolving skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong administrative and computer skills are necessary for this position.
  • Excellent organisational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and juggle competing priorities.
