Are you a customer focused Fire Technician in fire protection? Chubb Fire are seeking a Technician - Inspection and Testing (I&T), based in Perth.

The role will be responsible for inspection and testing of electrical fire protection systems in the Perth metro area.


We are an Industry-leading Fire Protection Company with a strong existing Commercial, Industrial, and Government client base with opportunities to develop your career.


Key responsibilities of the role:


  • Survey customer premises and recommend fire protection and safety systems and equipment.
  • Identify, service, and repair fire protection and safety systems and equipment.
  • Complete and provide evidence of maintenance performed on equipment in an accurate and legible manner, using systems including, Field Services.
  • Participate in stock takes and be responsible for inventory management.
  • Complete reports.

To be successful in t
he role, you will be required t
o have:

  • Experience as a I&T Tester including electrical annuals


  • Holds Cert II

  • FPAS
  • Ability to work independently & multiskill across different discipline (mechanical, pumps, sprinklers)
  • Up to date product and industry knowledge, and an understanding of where to locate the relevant information
  • A sound knowledge of the applicable Australian Standards relevant to fire protection equipment & testing requirement
  • A technical or engineering competency with the ability to complete identified company, industry and occupational training and accreditation
