A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for an experienced Client Services Officer to join a well established mid-tier firm.

With long-standing clients ranging from family businesses to multi-national & listed companies, the firm offers tailored tax, financial planning, audit, SMSF & accounting advisory services to a diverse & loyal client base, you'll have plenty of opportunity for growth.

years experience in a similar role

Provide client service to internal and external clients
Manage client WIP alongside Partners, Managers & Accountants
Provide practice support for the firm
Utilise MyGov & ATO portals to provide reports
Facetoface & phone meetings with clients to maintain and build relationships
Client setup/update in database & portals
Lodgment of Income Tax Returns & BAS
Preparation and sending of end of month bills
Liaison with ATO & ASIC
Preparation of general client correspondence
Set up and provide assistance with Teams/Zoom
General administration

As a business they are mostly paperless and cloud based and utilise MYOB Advice. The role is full time, in-office and has the possibility of flex/WFH after a successful probationary period. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a long-term move into a stable and professional environment.
