    We have an opportunity to join our vibrant and positive team at Australian Risk Applications (ARA).

    We are a modern-day niche risk and insurance facility manager, focusing on innovative Marine, liability and self-insurance solutions for a number of Marine and Cargo industries, and proud to be part of the rapidly growing Envest Group.

    We have an excellent career opportunity for someone looking for a varied role as a Senior Account Executive, an important role supporting our business, and contributing to our success story.

    We are a team of experts in our field and ready to upskill someone from the General Insurance industry into our niche specialty.

    The Role

    Your primary responsibility will include:
    Manage a designated portfolio of clients with a focus on optimizing customer and insurer relationships.
    Ensure timely and thorough servicing of clients, including renewal negotiations and review meetings.

    Analyse complex issues, identify solutions, and implement effective strategies to address challenges that may arise in client servicing or internal operations.

    Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities or deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Assist management on special projects and tasks where necessary.
    Provide support and guidance to any reporting staff where applicable.
    About you
    We're on the lookout for a talented individual to join our team who has the following experience:
    Held previous (and ideally) Marine Insurance experience, ideally with Tier 2 Broking qualifications, demonstrating your expertise in the industry.
    Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must.
    Familiarity with the Broker Systems and Office skills is advantageous.
    Approach your work with enthusiasm and positivity, creating a vibrant work atmosphere.
    Work collaboratively within a team while also being capable of independent work with minimal supervision.
    Maintain a high level of precision in your work.
