What you'll be doing


The primary purpose of the Project Coordinator position is to work within the Program Management Office (PMO) of the Sydney Children's Hospitals Network (SCHN) and the Children's Comprehensive Cancer centre (CCCC).

As the Project Coordinator, the role will assist the Program Manager in managing the delivery of an assigned portfolio of projects and/or programmes and ensure a safe, on time delivery to agreed scope, and within budget.


  • Demonstrated work experience as a Project Coordinator or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating workshops and reporting for multiple concurrent projects with reference to Prince 2/PMP/ Agile.
  • Demonstrated experience monitoring, governance and managing quality assurance of projects across the project lifecycle from requirements gathering, planning, architecture, design and build, through to test and implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience in analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, evaluate reports, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to motivate and influence stakeholders and identify concern workplace concerns within project team.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting expert lead projects delivering high quality and customer focussed outcomes.
