Scheduling Officer - Tullamarine, Australia - UGL Limited
Description
This is a permanent full time role and based in Tullamarine Victoria.- The Scheduling Officer drives excellent customer service that meets and exceeds UGL's commercial and contractual objectives through the provision of safe, effective and efficient customer service, scheduling, contractor management, query resolution and quality management.
About You
In addition to being an experienced all-round administrator; the following experience and personal traits will be highly regarded:
- Prior experience scheduling tickets of work to a field-based workforce in a Contact Centre environment essential
- Previous experience working in a high change environment with high workflow volume
- Excellent telephone manner with proficient skills in computers
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to change and learn new systems and processes
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain internal and external relationships
- Ability to work autonomously, maintain confidentiality and organise / prioritise demands
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated high level of negotiation and influencing skills
