DELIVERY LEAD - PERM - HYBRID/SYDNEY 3 DAYS A WEEK - GLOBAL FINTECH WEALTH ADVISORY ORGNAISATION - $170,000 + SUPER

About the role:


A Digital fintech company is currently seeking the services of an experienced Delivery Lead to assist them in several business-critical projects.

In this role you will leverage your skills in facilitating end to end digital projects. The client is in industry leader in financial advice platforms and have an international footprint.


Key responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with internal teams & client deliveries, ensuring collaboration & execution of Product Roadmap.
  • Successfully lead the digital advice platform to large financial institutions.
  • Support new clients implementation and additions to existing clients.
  • Building strong internal & client relationships
  • Deliver plans, governance and budgets
  • Engage stakeholders on progress, blockers and decisions
  • Proactive scope, issues, risks, and devise contingency plans
  • Build global client base
  • Grow and develop the global client delivery team as client base builds

Skills & Experience:


  • 5+ years' experience in a project management in agile environment
  • Experience on project delivery with big banks
  • Experience working with teams in multiple locations (Europe/Asia)
  • Experience in delivering projects within a Fintech/Startup environment (wealth & advice sector desirable)
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment independently & within a team environment, prioritising & executing to deadlines successfully.
  • Ability to build relationships, communicate and influence stakeholders
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with ability to deal with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams
  • Professional certifications in Project Management
  • Must have experience in dealing with project teams across Europe/different time zones and be willing for early morning/evening switch overs
