  • We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist in Australia to provide Open Windows Software clients with quality technical solutions for our core product.
    Please note you must be based in Australia to be considered for this role.

If you were here last week you might have:

  • Overseen the end-to-end management of all inbound support queries, progress tracking and reporting functions
  • Designed and executed SQL scripts to interrogate or correct data anomalies
  • Taken ownership of the lifecycle of all calls, ensuring calls are closed as efficiently as practical with the highest level of customer satisfaction possible
  • Maintained helpdesk call logging system and ensured accurate recording and updating of information
  • Ensured all interactions with customers were conducted in a courteous and professional manner
  • Maintained a high standard of documentation including system documentation, user manuals and procedures as required
  • Optimised and executed Open Windows methodology for service support
  • Deployment and configuration of software releases and patches

More about you

  • You have outstanding customer service skills
  • You have strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You have technical experience in Windows Server, particularly IIS and ASP.NET
  • You have knowledge of cloud solution delivery and cloud infrastructure design
  • You have technical experience in Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 and above

You have further experience in the following:

  • SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • Crystal Reports
  • Virtual Private Networks (VPN) or other remote access tools/services
  • FreshDesk
