The role
An opportunity exists to join our Fire Service department as an Account Manager.

In this busy and varied role, you will operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to client requirements, acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.

You will be responsible for quotations, maintenance agreements, and solutions for complex defects identified onsite.

You will work to expand our customer base ensuring excellent customer service across the Sydney CBD, Metropolitan, and Greater Western suburbs.

Skills and Experience


To be considered you must have excellent customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills while being able to manage projects, meet deadlines and coordinate professionally with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.


Requirements:


  • Current driver's license
  • Fire Safety Industry experience
  • Account management experience
  • Tertiary qualification in business management (desirable)
