Introduction:


Regis Resources is an ASX-listed Perth based gold production and exploration company with a proven management team and a successful track record of developing mid-sized gold operations.

Regis is a purely Australian gold miner with operations in Western Australia and New South Wales.


The current mine site locations are in the WA Goldfields region with multiple mining operations (both open pit and underground) as well as a number of satellite pits.

This is an opportunity to join a high performing team, working collaboratively towards a future production profile of up to half a million oz.

The Opportunity

This role is based in our modern well-appointed corporate offices in Subiaco, working standard office hours Monday to Friday.

About the Role

Payroll

Maintaining the company payroll system ensuring accurate data is kept up to date and records comply with awards, conditions and rosters of a multi-site workforce;
Ensuring payroll is processed and payments made on time;
Completing payments and reports for stakeholders & management efficiently and with attention to detail; and
Assist with processing and payment of other transactions.

Remuneration

Engage in analysing the results of surveys to help the comparison of competitive remuneration practice;
Prepare analysis of trends and costs in remuneration;
Process data for the participation of surveys; and
Assist in the review of the remuneration framework.

Recruitment and Onboarding

Preparing or initiating and distributing letters of appointment, promotion, transfer and associated documentation;
Pre-employment and onboarding process for new employees;
Processing employee termination arrangements including liaison with Hiring Managers and Administrators; and
Processing employee exit interview documentation.


Skills and Experiences:

About You

At least 5 years' practical experience in Payroll (sole charge or part of a small team);
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance or Accounting advantageous;
Previous experience with ELMO and INX;
Ability to interrogate data to ensure consistency, accuracy integrity and relevance;
Ensure complete understanding of the company's policies as they relate to payroll, remuneration, recruitment and onboarding;
Strong customer service focus.
