About the Company
Our client are an Australian Bio / Health Tech company who have recently been acquired by a major player in the pharmaceutical industry.
They are in the final stages of a large integration project and are looking for a strong Scrum Master to help implement the final stages of the project.
The Gig
You'll play an integral part of the successful delivery of this integration project. Working in an agile environment across multiple cross functional squads. The project is due to finish very late August with an immediate start date available.
- Running stand ups.
- Sprint planning.
- Backlog refinements.
- Retros.
- Removing development blockers.
- Bi weekly stakeholder updates.
About You
You bring strong Scrum Master experience working in and across IT teams.
You have worked with initiatives in both web and mobile development and are comfortable leading teams in the absence of management.
Imperative for the success is having a passion for removing development blockers and are able to bring the best out of engineering teams.
