Our Client
Our client is a large and innovative government agency dedicated to uplifting digital capability within the Federal Government.

Working with our client, you will have the opportunity to work on large-scale, cross-agency ICT projects which will improve the delivery of government online services for Australians.

The Role
The User Researcher will help to build a deep understanding of the current state of life events work.

This includes undertaking a detailed stocktake, compiling a list and status of existing initiatives, and collating and synthesising lessons learned.

Experience

Demonstrated experience leading user research, including selecting and defining the process, creating and executing a user research plans, facilitating sessions and making recommendations
Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years experience in a User Research role
Demonstrated experience with leading synthesis and sensemaking of qualitative research
Demonstrated experience in compelling written, visual and verbal communication of user research insights that effectively communicate to a wide audience
Familiarity with the life events approach of people's interactions with government and third parties during key life events.
Knowledge of the user research and service design methodologies used by the DTA.
