Description
Facilitate discovery and implementation of projects alongside our engineering and product teams.

  • Be involved in the hiring of engineers at various levels.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers. Help define key results and deliverables that will drive the success of your team members and in turn Gods Unchained.
  • Work with technical experts to identify areas of improvement and drive learning initiatives across the team.
  • Identify gaps in our processes and implement solutions that improve the team's morale and productivity levels.
  • Contribute to the technical vision and strategy, overseeing and measuring our progress towards it.
  • Drive a culture of innovation to positively impact all of engineering.

Job Types:

Salary:
$123, $225,471.84 per year
