About the role:

As an Information Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our IT department, providing essential level 1 and 2 technical support to ensure the smooth operation of our information systems.

This multifaceted role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, active involvement in network management, and responding promptly to service tickets.

Collaborating closely with the IT team and other departments, you'll be at the forefront of resolving technical challenges and contributing to the implementation of innovative IT solutions that align with our organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Address hardware and software issues to maintain optimal system performance.
Actively contribute to network management and security protocols.
Provide prompt and effective responses to service tickets, ensuring mínimal downtime.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve technical challenges.
