Description:
ROLE OVERVIEW
You will be focused on delivering highly valued recruitment solutions within a in a fast paced operation. When you join our passionate team, you will bring a service orientated mindset. You will work with the team to identify and drive ongoing improvements and efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate logistics for interviews, including preparing interview materials
Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing offer letters, coordinating background checks, and assisting with the new hire orientation process.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and provide suggestions for enhancing the recruitment process.Foster a positive work environment ensuring that our company values and culture are reflected in all aspects of our business.
Skills and Experiences:
ABOUT YOU
1-2 years of experience in a high volume bulk recruitment or a similar role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer Service focused with the ability to manage and solve recruitment challenges quickly
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
You will be required to be a highly effective communicator with the ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders, it will be essential to understand their individual needs, interests, and concerns to achieve successful outcomes.
