We have an exciting position available for a Workshop Job Administrator based at our Pooraka workshop.
The main purpose of the role is to provide efficient and effective 'Work In Progress' (WIP) management and administration support.
This role will play an integral role in the service operation by supporting the team and providing excellent customer service and execution of administration tasks for internal and external customers.
- Processing of repairs and maintenance of jobs.
- Creating job estimates and schedules.
- Coordination and expediting of parts and consumables for workshop jobs.
- Coordination of all warranty claims.
- Creating and sending order acceptance/acknowledgements.
- Adhere to Work In Progress (WIP) processes for the workshop.
- Liaising with Accounts Receivable and Finance on customer credit issues.
- Provide efficient administrative support to the workshop.
- General data entry, invoicing and raising service entries.
We are seeking an administrator with experience in repairs/maintenance coordination. You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly and prioritise effectively.
Attention to detail is paramount to ensure accuracy in job estimates and documentation, reflecting your commitment to delivering high-quality work.
