Look no further We are currently seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant & Communications/Events Officer to play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive executive support to the Principal and Executive Leadership team, overseeing College publications, advertisement materials, and managing College events.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the Principal's schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant materials.
    • Coordinate and arrange travel logistics, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
    • Assist in the preparation and editing of various documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Act as a liaison between the Principal, Executive Leadership team, staff, students, and parents, relaying messages and ensuring effective communication.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, with professionalism and confidentiality.
    • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring information is readily accessible when needed.
    • Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives as directed by the Principal and executive leadership team.
    • Enhance College publications and online presence, including coordinating publicity, marketing, and events.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proficient in using office productivity tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
    • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
    • A passion for education and working with young adolescents is highly desirable.
    • Working with Children Check and RRHAN-EC compulsory.
