About your role:


  • The Care Manager position is responsible for supporting the Facility Manager in the overall accountability and responsibility for the clinical management of health and clinical care outcomes of the Residents in the facility. This role ensures all Residents are treated with dignity and respect and supports Residents to exercise choice and independence.

About you:

A Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration and comprehensive knowledge and experience in Residential Aged Care


You'll present with:

  • Expertise in clinical leadership of at least one specialist Aged Care clinical area
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team
  • Experience in the development, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of quality systems
  • Experience in evaluating workplace practices against the Charter of Aged Care Rights, Aged Care Quality Standards, quality systems, and organisational policies and procedures,
