At Eni, we are looking for a
Commercial and Contract Advisor at
Eni New Energy Australia in
Perth, Western Australia.

You will be responsible for providing commercial support to all activities in the renewable energy space, from existing assets under construction or in commercial operations to the evaluation of new projects/opportunities, in line with the Company objectives.

As a member of the Renewables Team **at
Eni New Energy Australia **you will be responsible for**:

general contract management, ensuring compliance with requirements;

- guaranteeing an efficient resolution of contractual issues, managing claims and variations during contract term;
- contributing to the gathering and development of Lessons Learned;
- guaranteeing the best coordination of the contract administration activities including relations with counterparties;
- contributing in the definition of contract strategy;
- overseeing contract management activities to ensure that contract obligations are timely complied with and counterparties obligations are met;
- assisting the Renewables team as relevant in identifying commercial impacts during negotiations of new contracts or changes in existing contracts;
- managing variations, amendments and contractual claims;
- liaising with external stakeholders, as appropriate.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

bachelor's degree (MSc/MBA preferred) with relevant majors;

- experience in the Australian energy sector, with particular reference to electricity generation, transmission and distribution sector, special focus on renewables;
- experience in contract management;
- experience in negotiation (techniques of negotiations, motivational patterns, psychological levers, behavioural styles and conflict management);
- experience in economics: cost analysis, financial evaluations, budgeting, comparative evaluations.
- excellent commercial drafting skills;
- excellent communication skills and ability to interact and communicate with internal and external stakeholders;
- demonstrated cultural competencies;
- ability to work in a small team;
- independent, self-motivated, proactive, solution solving and a willingness to stretch your skill set;
- loyal and trustworthy, dedicated to achieving the best results for the business;
- good IT skills.

office in Perth, Western Australia, with some travel required***
