About the role.**:


Key responsibilities.**:


The Applications Support Specialist is responsible for:

  • Provide responsive escalated technical support in the investigation and resolution of complex Incidents, Problems, and Requests.
  • Autonomously coordinate, facilitate, schedule, and deliver discrete operational project work packages or managed activities.
  • Other activities as required by the Manager, Technology Management.

Skills and experience .**:


Possession of tertiary qualifications in a relevant Information Technology discipline and/or Industry qualifications from Microsoft or Oracle would be highly regarded.

Qualifications acquired from an overseas educational institution will only be accepted where the qualification has been recognised to an equivalent level in accordance with the Australian Qualifications Framework.

For this role, we will consider how well you demonstrate:

  • Demonstrated ability to produce high quality reports, system, procedural, and user documentation.
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment and develop effective working relationships with internal and external clients, team members, vendors, and end users.
  • Demonstrated commitment to business outcomes and service delivery in a customerfocused ICT environment.
